Returns and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • You may be eligible for a return and refund if:

    • The item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
    • You received the wrong item.
    • The item does not function as described.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within 30 Days of receiving the product.

2. Non-eligible Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used electrical hair tools unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Procedure:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 14 days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Warranty:
